River North Counseling Group, Llc is a boutique private practice that focuses on direct solution based treatment for adults and adolescents, couples and families. We specialize in the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, personality and adjustment disorders. We utilize scientifically proven treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Cbt), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (Dbt), Mindfulness and Behavioral Activation, which have been the most effective in reducing symptoms and improving quality of life.
